We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are not refunded on the return.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
All sale, I.L.Y. Masks, and custom items are FINAL sale and not returnable, including any discounted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
If your order arrives incorrect, please email us at email@example.com, and we will get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Package your unworn item(s) and include the packaging slip. If the packaging slip is unavailable, please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return, so we recommend sending it via a traceable method. By Mara is not responsible for the lost or misrouted items being returned.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about your return. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, contact your bank/credit card company.

We sell out of styles quickly, so if you are looking for exchange an item and don't want to miss out, we recommend returning your unworn items for a refund and then purchasing what you are looking for right away. We will process your refund within 3-5 days from the arrival of your return at our shop.
