Washing our By Mara beanie is super easy: Throw it in the washing machine and set it to the coldest temperature setting (delicates/hand wash/Dry cleaning is recommended).
If you stain your beanie, you can wash it using lukewarm water mixed with one tsp of laundry detergent. Once the stain is removed, let the beanie dry by having or rolling in a towel. Do not iron.
We are still open for business online, but cannot speak to your mail delivery service in terms of meeting delivery time frames or if they will opt into any reduced delivery options. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, please rest assured we will make sure your package gets to you one way or another. ** International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
USPS Standard shipping - 3-7 business days.
International orders take significantly longer for delivery and may be subject to import/value-added taxes that are beyond our control. Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 10 to 21 business days to deliver.
*Keep in mind that all orders have a 72 hours processing packing period before shipping transits apply.
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on bymara.com.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded on the return.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
All sale, I.L.Y. Masks, and custom items are FINAL sale and not returnable, including any discounted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours, and we will get it resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
We are unable to provide return labels for international shipping. For this reason, international customers are responsible for return and shipping If you’d like to make a return internationally, please email email@example.com for assistance.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Package your unworn item(s) and include the packaging slip. If the packaging slip is unavailable, please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about your return. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, contact your bank/credit card company.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We sell out of styles quickly, so if you are looking for exchange an item and don't want to miss out, we recommend returning your unworn items for a refund and then purchasing what you are looking for right away. We will process your refund within 3-5 days from the arrival of your return at our shop.
