Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer full returns at this time however if an item doesn’t work out for you, we would be happy to exchange or store credit once your item has been returned!
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt date for an exchange or store credit.
- We do not offer refunds on any items.
- If size is not available, we will issue a store credit.
- All Postage costs for shipping both ways on exchanges, must be covered by the customers.
- All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
- If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
- All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition and packaging.
- There are no refunds and no exchanges on bags and accessories.
- By Mara has the right to refuse exchange or return of goods that do not meet By Mara's Return Policy requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, WE WILL PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND ISSUE YOU A RETURN LABEL, PLEASE CONTACT US WITH SUBJECT LINE: FAULTY ITEM TO INFO@BYMARA.COM
