Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer full returns at this time however if an item doesn’t work out for you, we would be happy to exchange or store credit once your item has been returned! 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt date for an exchange or store credit.

  • We do not offer refunds on any items.
  • If size is not available, we will issue a store credit.
  • All Postage costs for shipping both ways on exchanges,  must be covered by the customers. 
  • All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
  • 
If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

  • All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition and packaging.

  • There are no refunds and no exchanges on bags and accessories. 
  • By Mara has the right to refuse exchange or return of goods that do not meet By Mara's Return Policy requirements.

- Please Write the order number on your returned invoice to receive an exchange or store credit.
- Customer pays exchange shipping ($6.99).
- You should expect to receive your store credit within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return hipper depending on the time of transit back to our shop. In many cases you will be issued your store credit more quickly. -
- This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 7 business days) and the time it takes us to process your exchange once we receive it (3 - 5 business days).
- You may consider insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in the mail.
